Brand new to Asana and not sure where to start? In this video, I walk you through how to create your first team and project in Asana.
When you're first getting started, my advice is to keep things simple. Don't go overboard when setting up your teams and projects. Keep it simple (at least to begin with). Take a project you're working on now and have a play with the features in Asana to see how they can be used to manage your work. Then, once you've established how you'll use Asana, you can invite your team and show them how to interact with the project.
