Q: How long does it take to set up Pipedrive?

This depends on the type of engagement we agree on. Smaller clients may only need help with account set up and optimisation which usually takes 2-4 weeks. Larger teams that require additional training, automation and integration with other tools may need closer to 2 to 3 months. As it takes a while for any team to adopt a new tool, I also offer long-term support options.

Q: What types of clients do you work with?

To date I've worked with 100+ clients from many different industries. Pipedrive is commonly used in client-facing businesses like retail and professional service industries. I've also worked with clients that do all sorts of weird and wonderful things. Whatever you do, I am confident I can offer creative solutions to your business.

Q: Do you keep my data private?

Often I'm required to login to your internet accounts and with your permission I store these passwords in my 1Password account. It goes without saying that I will keep your businesses data 100% private. I am also happy to sign an NDA if provided.


Q: What do you charge?

I offer various packages ranging from smaller set up and opitmisation projects to packages that include team training, automation and integration work. My packages range from $2,500 - $7,500 (this is just a ballpark, not an official quote and prices are suseptible to change). I do not charge an hourly rate, meaning you don't have to worry about cost every time we need to talk.

My pricing is designed in a way that I can deliver the maximum ROI to clients (some clients have cited earning over $200k/year more after using Pipedrive more effectively). By being selective with my clients I ensure that everyone I work with receives a world-class service.

Q: What if I can't afford your consulting service?

If my custom consulting isn't within your budget, you can book a 90-minute Pipedrive workshop and one-off training session for your team. This option is great for small teams on a budget.
