WANT TO GET MORE OUT OF ASANA?

Here's the #1 thing people tell me about Asana: "I've set up Asana but don't really know if I'm doing it right. I know it can do a lot more but don't have the time to figure it all out on my own." When you join the Master Asana program, you'll learn:

1) HOW TO OPTIMISE YOUR ACCOUNT: We start by setting up or optimising your team/project/task structure to make sure everything is well organised and easy to manage.

2) LEARN ASANA'S MANY FEATURES AND CAPABILITIES: We'll explore key features that help you go from beginner to Asana Master. You'll learn what Asana can do and how to take it to the next level.

3) IMPROVE TEAM ADOPTION: You don't want your teams use of Asana to slowly fizzle out. With Master Asana, you'll follow the onboarding process I've used with hundreds of teams to increase adoption and best practices.

4) HOW TO STREAMLINE PROCESSES: You'll also learn how to build templates, automate tasks and integrating with 3rd party tools.

Paul’s Master Asana class enabled me to take my current, overwhelming Asana setup and transform it into a usable, organized system I can depend on. I almost gave up on Asana because I didn’t understand how to create a manageable amount of projects showing in the menu vs. tasks. By taking Paul’s class, I was able to map out my overall project strategy to get clarity on what is a ‘project’ vs. what is a ’task’. The group calls are very helpful too. I highly suggest taking this class!

INTRODUCING... MASTER ASANA: ONLINE COURSE + COACHING

This at-your-own-pace course outlines the process I've used for years working with hundreds of one-on-one clients. You'll be guided through the necessary steps to set up and optimise your account. I'll teach you how to onboard your team and share all the best practices to follow to ensure Asana is successfully adopted.

You can get help directly from me at any time via my private Slack community or by joining weekly group coaching calls! There are also options to get additional one-on-one support and team training hosted by me (Paul)!

"How is it different from your YouTube videos?"

My YouTube videos are very ‘lite’ and cover quick features. Think of them as the teaser trailer before you watch the feature film. This course is a step-by-step process of how to set up and rollout Asana to your team. It also comes with 1-on-1 support, group coaching and a private community.

"I'm busy, how long will this take?"

My lessons get to the point without all the "fluff" so you can get answers fast. It's best if you can watch the course from start to finish (there's around 6 hours of content all up). But if you want to pick and choose which lessons to watch, that's fine as well. You'll also be able to get your questions answered by my each week when you join my group coaching calls.

The timing is never right to make a radical change to your business. Previous clients have often commented on how adopting a new tool can be scary and time consuming. But at the end of the day they’ve always come back wishing they’d done this 6 months or a year ago. And following my approach means you’ll get to where you want to be in a lot less time compared to if you go it alone.

Ultimately our objective is to use Asana to save time. Then you can work more “on” the business and less “in” the business.

Paul was essential to getting us all on Asana and helping me overcome my anxiety about switching to a new system. He took the time to integrate Asana with Zapier to automate important parts of our email communication, that will save me sending more than a thousand emails a year. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Money well spent.

Justin Caine

Paul has been invaluable in helping fast track our adoption of Asana. I am all about saving time, and money and his course did exactly that. It is well organized and easy to follow. In addition his availability for twice a week Q&A sessions is more than we needed to get up and running. I would recommend his program highly, and without reservation. Thanks Paul!

QUESTIONS

How long will I have access to the course?

When you join month-to-month, you’ll have access until you cancel. When you join the lifetime plan, you'll have access to Master Asana forever!

How much experience do I need?

It doesn't matter whether you're an absollute beginner, or if you've been using Asana for a while, you'll learn a lot about how to structure your account and get more out of Asana. I'll guide you through my consulting process step-by-step.

How does membership work?

As long as you have either the monthly or unlimted membership, you'll be able to access the course and join group coaching calls (you can cancel your monthly membership any time but you'll lose access to the course and coaching). If you pay monthly, you'll earn the unlimited access after 8 instalments.

Should I get the monthly or unlimited option?

The monthly option is great if you're on a budget and would like to join a few group calls to get your questions answered fast. But a month can go by very fast and you may have to extend this... There's a lot more long-term value in the unlimited option which also includes private consulting sessions.

Will this course be too basic for me?

Not at all. In my experience, even users who have used Asana for a while are surprised when I show them a few little tricks. And in module 5, we'll get into some pretty cool integrations and automations that will really take you to the next level.

How does the group coaching work?

Once a week, Paul hosts a group call on Zoom and answers any questions that students have asked. You don't have to attend live - every session is recorded and shared in Slack afterwards.

Who am I?

My name is Paul Minors. I've been using Asana since 2013 and think it's one of the best tools you can use to manage your work and improve your teams productivity. Whether you're planning projects, runnings marketing campaigns or maintaining client relationships, Asana is the perfect tool for managing your work. I've worked with a number of clients to help them get more out of Asana. My goal is to help you to master your tools so that you can spend less time worrying about the work, and more time actually doing the work and growing your business.

YOUR RETURN ON INVESTMENT

While some people like to “go it alone” first, I usually find new users don’t know what they don’t know and fall into bad habits very quickly. By working with me, I can help point out costly mistakes to avoid that you’ll likely miss on your own. Ultimately you’ll save time by working with me as I can fast track your learning.

Asana helps teams to save time and operate more efficiently in a few ways:

  • LESS “WORK ABOUT WORK”. By creating more transparency, teams spend less time sharing status updates, meeting to discuss next steps and finding information. This results in less “work about work” and more actual work being completed. A McKinzie study found that businesses using Asana to its full capability are, on average, 45% more efficient.
  • STREAMLINED COMMUNICATION. By bringing communication into an environment designed around tasks, you’re always reminded WHO’s doing WHAT, by WHEN and projects progress more efficiently. Asana has benefits from the “network effect” (similar to eBay or Facebook) and the more we can get people using and communicating in Asana, the more valuable the tool becomes.
  • INCREASED ACCOUNTABILITY. When everyone’s workload is in Asana, leaders can make smarter decisions around resource allocation and spend less time chasing their team for updates. Team members also feel empowered as there’s less confusion about how they’re contributing to the big picture.

Although it is hard to say exactly how much financial benefit improving your use of Asana will provide, estimates can be made. For the average 10 person team, I predict that through the effective use of Asana you will save each team member at least 1 hours per day (conservative estimate). Based on average salaries, this translates into around $65,000 a year of improved efficiency.

Jessica Hughes

Working with Paul helped our team get Asana up and running quickly; the investment of time and effort on the front end was invaluable as it saved us an incredible amount of time and resources and we were able to learn and begin using Asana effectively in a very short amount of time. While the program is relatively easy to figure out, Paul not only taught us helpful tips and tricks, he helped us realize that the “out of the box” set up wasn't completely ideal for us, and helped us to set up Asana in a way that worked best for our organization.

CASE STUDY

David Burk is the CEO of The Electron Shop, a marketing agency based in San Francisco. David and I spent some time tidying up his account and training his team on how to use Asana. He was able to transition his team away from email over to Asana and improve company productivity by 20%. Here's what David had to say about how Asana has revolutionised how he runs his business:

David Burk

Hire Paul and learn that you can be more productive and reduce your stress levels. We’re glad we did.  Together, we launched a project management system with immediate adoption and compliance, and we are feeling better already.
