Pipedrive Audit (90-minute call, recorded): We'll start with a 90-minute call during which I will audit your acocunt, help implement structural changes and clean up your account.

Recommendations & Action Steps: Following the call, I will send you a list of recommended changes, best pracitces to follow in the future and action items to implement. This will help you to implement the advice discussed on our call.

Training and 30-Day Support (Optional): I can also run a team training workshop (2 hours) during which I will train your team on Pipedrive best practices and common mistakes to avoid. We will also set up "rules" that govern how Pipedrive should be used at your company e.g. Recording activities to track sales KPI's. Following training, I will be available for 30 days Q&A support so your team can get help after training is complete.
