What is the Pipedrive Lead Inbox and should you use it?
What is it? » The Lead Inbox is a place to store leads without cluttering up your main pipeline. Especially if you're using Lead Booster features like the chatbot, webforms or prospector.
When to use it? » If you have a lot of inbound leads, or need to upload a CSV file after an event. The Lead Inbox is great for keeping un-qualified leads separate from your main inbox. I don't use it because I receive a lower volume of inbox leads (but that's just me).
