If you're not careful, the time spent in a meeting can be wasted if they don't have a clear agenda or if the action items aren't clearly identified for the team.
Fortunately, the Asana and Zoom integration makes taking notes and assigning action items during a meeting super simple.
In this video, I show you how to connect Asana to Zoom. Doing this allows you to schedule or link Zoom meetings to tasks inside Asana. Then, once you're on a Zoom call, the Asana integration will show you tasks relevant to the call so you can easily take notes and create action items (subtasks) without having to leave the Zoom call.
This is a great way of making your meetings more productive by keeping you on topic and making action items clear.
