In this video, I show you how to set up subscriptions and use the payment plans feature within Pipedrive.
Subscriptions are great if you sell products which are billed on a recurring basis e.g. software subscriptions, monthly coaching, etc. When you set up a subscription, this updates your new recurring revenue and recurring revenue reports so you can see how much revenue to expect over the coming months. When you cancel an active subscription, this updates the report so you can calculate monthly churn.
Payment plans are great for breaking down a deal value into pay instalments. e.g. 50% paid upfront, and 50% in 30 days. Again, this allows you to visualise incoming cashflow in the Insights.
