In this video, I explain how to use the permission and visibility options to control what your team can see and do in Pipedrive.
Permissions:
- Admins » Can do everything. No settings to change.
- Managers » Permissions can be customised to give higher level of control.
- Regular users » e.g. salespeople, you can control what they're allowed to do and not do
Visibility:
- Organise users into groups e.g. managers and salespeople.
- If you don't want salespeople seeing each others deals, set to ‘Owner only'
- It's recommended you make orgs, products and people visible to all to avoid duplicates being created.
