You may have noticed a new feature in Asana where you can set your ‘Weekly Focus'. Your weekly focus is used to capture your top priority for the week. At the moment, it's set via the Asana mobile app and is visible on the desktop version.
I actually haven't been updating my focus on a weekly basis. Since this feature has been out, I've only changed my focus a few times. Personally, I like to think of it as something I'd like to do better or what I can improve on which is generally not something that can be easily achieved in a week or two.
