In this video, I show you how you can track things like costs or commission in the Pipedrive insights. Please note, this does require you to be on the Professional plan.
To set up a cost report:
- Set up a new Data Field on your deal page for tracking cost/commission. Make sure you use the ‘Monetary' deal type.
- Then you can create a report. Make sure you set the Y-axis as your cost/commission field. And set the filter time frame and the X-axis to show deals won for your chosen time period.
This is a great way of extending what Pipedrive can do and reporting on not just sales revenue but all the costs and commissions related to your sales as well.
