Connecting Pipedrive to an email marketing tool like Mailchimp gives you a powerful way to engage with leads, clients and previous customers. Often selling comes down to having good timing. It happens to me all the time where I get business from a subscriber who's been happily reading my emails for a few months until the time is right to engage me for my services.
By syncing your Pipedrive contacts to a tool like Mailchimp, you can nurture deliver value, build credibility and nurture leads until the time is right.
To sync your contacts from Pipedrive to Mailchimp (or other tools like Active Campaign or ConvertKit), there are three options I'd like to show you:
- Zapier – Good if you already have an account. You'll need one Zap to sync from PD to MC and another to sync from MC back to PD.
- Piesync – Good alternative as it's less work to set up, but a bit more expensive.
- Outfunnel – Really easy setup and sync. This is a great option as it can show the activity of emails sent/opened/clicked via the notes in Pipedrive. Outfunnel can also be used to send emails if you don't want to use Mailchimp. This can lower the cost of your tech stack.
