In this video, I show you how you can connect your Xero or Quickbooks account to Pipedrive to help streamline your invoicing process.
With your accounting software connected, Pipedrive allows you to easily create invoices that contain all the essential information from your deal (e.g. contact information, products, quantities and discounts). This means you don't have to enter information into two different tools where there's more potential to make errors.
With the invoice linked to a contact in your accounting provider, you can now see outstanding, overdue and paid invoice amounts from the new ‘Invoicing section on the Pipedrive sidebar.
