In this video, I walk through some of the ways I'm using Pipedrive to track and improve client success. I'm really trying to take Pipedrive beyond just being a sales CRM and seeing how I can link it with my email marketing system (ConvertKit) to deliver a better service to my clients.
Here are some of the things I show in the video:
- Using labels to group customers together.
- Logging ConvertKit email sequences in Pipedrive via Zapier.
- Logging attendance to group call with activities.
- Trigger email reminders if people don't attend group calls.
- Using the timeline to show customer engagement and decide who to follow up with.
