Pipedrive's Workflow Automation feature helps you to automate simple deal updates and follow ups throughout your sales journey. It works on a trigger – action system, similar to other automation tools like Zapier.
If you're not sure where to start, I recommend setting up an automation to create activities when a deal moves from one stage to the next. So when you move a deal, Pipedrive tells you (and your sales team) what to do next. This is a simple workflow that everyone can apply to their sales process. And once you get started with Workflow Automation, you'll quickly find all sorts of uses for it.
