In this video, I show you how to use rules in Asana to automate the flow of tasks in your projects. Rules run on a trigger-action system. So a triggers can be things like: New tasks being added, tasks assigned, tasks moved. Then you can set an action, for example, update a custom field, move the task, change the due date etc.
