In this video, I'm going to share some lesser-known or obvious features of Pipedrive that you may have missed:
- On the mobile app, you can create audio notes that get transcribed into text.
- Use the contact timeline to see a history of interactions with each client.
- Set individual deal probabilities to help with revenue forecasting.
- You can rearrange your sidebar sections if you prefer certain information near the top.
- You can whitelist multiple email addresses in case you need to forward emails from different addresses.
- You can report on other metrics, not just deal value. e.g. commission.
- You can set up products. But did you also know you can create variations (this is enabled in the settings).
- If you're on the Professional plan, you can make custom fields required. Great for improving reporting.
- Schedule emails to send later.
- You can bulk edit information from the list view.
