10 Pipedrive features you may have missed [VIDEO]

In this video, I'm going to share some lesser-known or obvious features of Pipedrive that you may have missed:

  1. On the mobile app, you can create audio notes that get transcribed into text.
  2. Use the contact timeline to see a history of interactions with each client.
  3. Set individual deal probabilities to help with revenue forecasting.
  4. You can rearrange your sidebar sections if you prefer certain information near the top.
  5. You can whitelist multiple email addresses in case you need to forward emails from different addresses.
  6. You can report on other metrics, not just deal value. e.g. commission.
  7. You can set up products. But did you also know you can create variations (this is enabled in the settings).
  8. If you're on the Professional plan, you can make custom fields required. Great for improving reporting.
  9. Schedule emails to send later.
  10. You can bulk edit information from the list view.
